1975 – Graduated summa cam laude, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of UKTI.
1993 – Graduated Pedagogy Postgraduate Studies of Abay Almata State University.
2002 – Defended doctorate thesis. The topic of the thesis is “Theoretical Basis of Perfecting Teacher’s Preparation for Teachers’ Process Management in Ungraded School”.
Work Experience:
Length of work in universities - 20 years.
1995 – 1999 – Head of Educational and Methodological department.
2003–2004 – Chief of Pedagogy Department.
2004–2005 – acting Pro-rector of Educational and Methodological Activities.
Since October 2006 is acting the first pro-rector of EKSU.

2001 – Head of Financial Police Academy Faculty (Astana).
2003 – 2005 – Head of Academic Activity Management, director of Distance Teaching and Informative Technologies Centre, pro-rector of Educational and Methodological Activities in Kazakh State Law University.(Astana).
2005 – Pro-rector of Educational and Methodological Activities in Central Asia University (Almata).
2008 – Pro-rector of International Cooperation and Educational Innovative Technologies in Kazakh Economic, Finance and International Commerce University.

2006 – Defended doctorate thesis. The topic of the thesis is «New Polymerous Activated Sorbents and Multifunctional Systems; Extraction from Nature and Its Utilization» (the first thesis in investigated area).

2000 – 2007 – Chief Research Officer of Ion Exchange Resins Laboratory in A.B.Bekturov’s Institute.
2004 – 2005 – scientific traineeship by DAAD scholarship in Germany.
