Beybut Baymagambetovich Mamraev was born on the 5th of February 1957, in the Nurinsk district of Karaganda region. The rector graduated the philology faculty of Karaganda State University in 1980. Mamraev Beybut Baymagambetovich is a doctor of philology, professor, and the author over than 130 scientific works, the main subjects of which are XIX-XXs literary history, comparative linguistic, and problems of modern social culture. Mamraev is a chairman of the committee on doctorate thesis defenses in M. Auyezov Literature and Art University. One Doctor’s theses and six Candidate's thesis including theses of Russian and China citizens were defended with the help of the rector’s scientific management. The rector is a member of the editorial board of regular scientific publications about the main problems of literature and folklore.  Also he is an executive editor of a number of books and scientific collections. Beybut Baymagambetovich presented his lectures at several foreign universities and scientific institutions such as Nantes University – Paris-10 and Sorbonna-Paris -3. As well, he participated at international conferences in Paris, Strasbourg (France), Istanbul (Turkey), Hamburgh (Germany) and Turksoy Forums. The rector has a diplomatic rank. B. Mamraev’s professional experience is basically related to the educational and scientific system of Kazakhstan. He was a teacher of secondary schools and at universities in Karaganda and Almaty.  For years he was a hard worker in the National Scientific Academy System of RK. He was an academic secretary, head of department of NAS RK, also M. Auyezov Literature and Art University  vice-director; at the same time he was professor of Kazakh literature department at Alfaraby Kazakh Scientific University.
