The Assembly lecture of the head Of the administrator of the courts of East Kazakhstan

1 March in EKSU of S. Amanzholov held a lecture of chief Administrator of courts of East Kazakhstan Yergali Orynbekuly Aitpai on the theme: "improving the efficiency and prospects of development of judicial system in the conditions of modernization of the Kazakhstan society" with the students of the specialty "Jurisprudence" faculty of Economics and law.

Students had a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the current activities of the courts of East Kazakhstan region, spoke in detail about the procedure for the selection of judges and specialists in the courts, about what qualities they should have.

Particular emphasis was placed on the ongoing reforms in the judicial system, such as: the Institute of assistant judges, the digitalization of the judicial system, the increase in the salaries of judges and court staff.

During the lecture, the head of the court administrator answered the questions of students and teachers, gave a high assessment of the level of training of students in our University.

The result of the meeting was to discuss the prospects of mutual cooperation between the University And the administrator of the courts of East Kazakhstan region in the field of practical training of students in the courts of East Kazakhstan region, their participation in trials as jurors, lectures by judges for students and much more.
