The rector of East Kazakhstan state University presented to the winner of the Olympiad "Tugan jer. Tugan el. Tugan global" training grant

The winner of the regional Olympiad in local history was a student of the 11th grade of the Lyceum school. Mustafina Zaisan district J. Jehu, which the rector of East Kazakhstan state University M. A. Tolegen presented a grant to study at the University. Among the teams - won the students from Katon-Karagay district.

On may 3, 260 students from 6 to 11 classes consisting of 25 teams for the subject Olympiad in local history arrived to our University from all corners of our region. In the framework of the program "Rouhani jaguru" Department of history of Kazakhstan together with the social partner, the RSPC "Daryn" hosting the Olympic games for the second year.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to identify, develop and support gifted students, familiarizing students to local history education, the formation of citizenship, patriotism by motivating them to study the historical and cultural heritage of their native land.The winner of the Olympics was Zhansaya Jehu, 11th-form pupil of school-Lyceum. Mustafina Zaisan area. The rector of EKSU.S. Amanzholova M. A. Tolegen gave her a grant to study at our University.

Participants of the Olympiad passed several rounds, completing both individual and team tasks. According to the students, the quest "SEVEN FACES of the GREAT STEPPE"was especially interesting for them. In this exciting journey, the children visited 13 stations, seven of which were evaluated and aimed at identifying the knowledge of the seven facets of our great homeland, the rest - informative. Teachers, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department of history of Kazakhstan have prepared interesting tasks for them.

At the station "Petroglyphs" the children learned about the ancient cave drawings that were found on the territory of our region, three stations were dedicated to Akbaru, Shilikty and Berel.

Interesting was the station "Equestrian culture", the guys managed to touch the objects of nomads, which were exhibited for them from the regional ethnographic Museum. They virtually "continued" their fascinating journey in the left-Bank Museum-reserve, visiting the famous ethnic village. It happened thanks to the demonstration of 3D-book with augmented reality "Peoples of East Kazakhstan", at this station the children were told about the origins of friendship of the peoples of our small homeland. 3D-book is the pride of the Department of history of Kazakhstan, as developed by its teachers.At the station "Uly Uly Delany asimder" students were asked to tell about our famous countrymen.

At the station "East Kazakhstan during the great Patriotic war" on the eve of the celebration of the great Victory - may 9 - the guys to the sounds of military songs remembered the exploits of our countrymen - scouts, pilots, tankers. In addition, students learned interesting facts about the unique natural monuments of East Kazakhstan: Kiyn Kerish, Crying Adyrs, Ashutas, lake Zaisan and lake Markakol. The Olympiad ended with the action "Poems of Victory" and the concert "Salem Sagan, Tugan Zher!".In total, 125 participants of the Olympiad were awarded diplomas and 9 teams were awarded. The winner was a team of local history students from Katon-Karagay district.
