Beybut Baymagambetovich Mamraev is a doctor of philology, professor, and the author over than 130 scientific works, the main subjects of which are XIX-XXs literary history, comparative linguistic, and problems of modern social culture. Mamraev is a chairman of the committee on doctorate thesis defenses in M. Auyezov Literature and Art University. One Doctor’s theses and six Candidate's thesis including theses of Russian and China citizens were defended with the help of the rector’s scientific management. The rector is a member of the editorial board of regular scientific publications about the main problems of literature and folklore. Also he is an executive editor of a number of books and scientific collections.
