In accordance with the Order of the Monitoring Committee in the field of education S. Amanzholov East-Kazakhstan State University was passing the state certification from October 25 to October 30.
Last Saturday certification committee chairman, head of monitoring and evaluation of the Committee in the field of education Yessenbay Alpeyissov announced the results of the certification at the meeting of the University Scientific Council. The committee consisting of twenty people and including representatives of various universities of the country, became familiar with the teaching methods, research and educational activities of the university, visited the laboratories and open lectures of the academic staff. The conclusion of Certification Committee members was unanimous – to certify the activity of S. Amanzholov EKSU for the next 5 years.
The committee chairman Yessenbay Alpeyissov remarked that the university justifies the status of "major educational, scientific and cultural center of the region" and wished its team success in the implementation of the main plan of the coming decade - the program of forced industrial-innovative development. It should be mentioned that the university successfully passed institutional accreditation, recertification for compliance of quality management system with ISO 9001-2008 international standard and, finally, state certification, that generally indicates its competitiveness and readiness to solve problems in accordance with the new state Educational program of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020.
