The purpose of this conference is  informative support of education and science activities development in universities in the frame of Bologna process. There will be presentation of textbooks, recommended by Ministry of Education and Science of the RK. As well there are will be exhibition of methodological and bibliographic hand-books published by the Republic Science and Pedagogy Library of Ministry of Education and Science of the RK.
As part of the conference will be victory ceremony of the best librarians in universities of the republic. The conference will let to define main purposes of libraries improvement for education and science activities of universities.
As a result of the conference operational guidelines for libraries improvement will be done. There will create electronic libraries in traditional libraries of universities.
