The Government program of education development was discussed

The vice-minister of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mahmetgali Sarybekov and the director of the National testing centre Isatay Sagindikov visited East Kazakhstan.

The statesmen arrival main objective was acquaintance with a state of affairs in the areas which had suffered from freshet flooding. The main problem was further destiny of schoolchildren and high school students living in zones of act of nature.

During the meeting with the S. Amanzholov University faculty the guests also spoke on children from Tarbagatay and Abay areas which were flooded this spring. About 70 students were released from payment for studying till the end of current academic year. The right of free residing in student's hostels is given to children from these areas. The vice-minister has shared plans on education development sphere in the country. For today many standard documents, in the field of a preschool education in particular, are changed towards simplification.

Mahmetgali Nurgalievich spoke about active present-day work in discussion and acceptance of the Government program of education development in the RK till 2020. Many questions have been set on the further perfection of standards of formation, transition to credit technology of studying.

The special attention was paid to transition on 12-years study and to problems of educational work in all links of formation.

The rector of university Beybut Mamraev paid attention to a personnel preparation problem, to quality of study and necessity of real actions of Kazakhstani high schools on realization and observance of the Bologna declaration principles.

This very day visitors also visited the D. Serikbaev University.
